about

This was the first Elite Force album and originally appeared on Whole9Yards. It was a challenging time in the music industry where the digital world of mp3s were just starting to take hold. It was also my first solo album and there are clear echoes of Lunatic Calm days in the way the album shifts and breathes... beyond that the title is a clear allusion to leaving Lunatic Calm behind and moving ahead with a fresh start.

I've always seen albums as an opportunity to dig a little deeper, to explore different tempos and different feels, and to give the listener an experience on a broader canvas than the traditional dancefloor output. It seems a shame that in this bitesize digital universe we now expect singles and people cherry-pick their way through releases. I could be thrilled if you'd consider downloading the full collection and listen to it as it was intended. An album :)
